Livanto is a Thai-European restaurant in the centre of Hua Hin, within walking distance of the beach and the main shopping streets, serving imported Australian and New Zealand steaks alongside Thai standards. The second-floor cocktail lounge and piano bar is the other draw — a proper wine cellar, table service, and a setting more suited to a lingering dinner than a quick meal.
