Laem Sala Beach is the usual starting point for the climb to Phraya Nakhon Cave in Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park. You can reach it by hiking over the headland from Bang Pu village or by taking the short boat transfer, then continue uphill to the cave; facilities are limited, but there is usually a simple restaurant near the sand.
