Çamlıca Hill is one of Istanbul's high points, rising to 288 metres on the Asian side and opening wide views over the city and the Bosphorus. The summit area is a public park with cafes, landscaped paths, and the modern Çamlıca Tower, whose observation decks add an even higher viewpoint.
Come for the panorama rather than for a quiet nature escape. It is most rewarding in clear weather, especially around sunset.
