One of Göreme's longest-running restaurants, set partly in a carved cave with tables spilling onto a terrace that looks out over the rooftops toward the fairy chimneys to the east. The menu is straightforward Turkish: meze to start, then grilled meats, pottery kebab, and a good selection of Cappadocian wines from the local Kalecik Karası and Emir grapes. Portions are generous and the wine list is better than most places in town. Booking is advisable in summer.
