The Peruvian restaurant inside Four Seasons Al Maryah and (now) a second outpost at Emirates Palace, doing Lima-style ceviche, anticuchos, and tiraditos in a setting heavy on Andean textiles and Latin music. The pisco bar is the strongest in town if you want one before dinner.
