Abu Dhabi International Airport is served by Etihad Airways and most major carriers, with direct flights to destinations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. It is about 30km from the city centre. The airport bus (A1) connects to the central bus station; a taxi costs around AED 70-90.
By road from Dubai, the E11 highway covers 130km in about 90 minutes depending on traffic. Bus services run frequently between the two cities from around AED 25. Taxis from Dubai to Abu Dhabi cost approximately AED 250.
