Traiteur at the Park Hyatt Dubai is widely considered one of the best fine-dining restaurants in the city. The European-influenced menu focuses on seasonal produce and classical technique, and the kitchen is known for its consistency over many years. The restaurant looks out over the Creek and the marina, and the open kitchen is visible through a glass wall.
Prices are high even by Dubai standards (mains 150–250 AED), but the wine programme is excellent and the Friday brunch is a local institution. Book well ahead for dinner at weekends.
