Free wildlife sanctuary with koalas, kangaroos, and bushland trails

A large bushland reserve in the western suburbs containing native forest, walking trails, and a free wildlife sanctuary with kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, and wombats. It is one of the better places in the region to see Australian animals in something close to a natural setting. The reserve covers around 182 hectares and is popular with families and trail runners.
