Getting Around

Sydney has an extensive public transport network of trains, buses, ferries and light rail, all accessible with a single Opal card. The train network covers the main suburbs and is the fastest way to get between the CBD, the airport and the inner west. Ferries are a pleasure in themselves -- the ride from Circular Quay to Manly is one of the great urban journeys. Buses fill the gaps, particularly to the eastern beaches. Taxis and rideshares are readily available.
