Water Street Kitchen is a small contemporary-Australian restaurant in the Burnett Riverside complex, with a deck looking down at the river. The menu changes seasonally and leans on regional ingredients — local prawns, Burnett-grown macadamias, Queensland beef — done without unnecessary cleverness.
Reservations sensible at the weekend. The wine list is short but well chosen.
