Polyester Records has been a fixture of Brunswick Street since the 1980s and is one of the last of the independent record shops that once defined the strip. The stock runs deep across new and second-hand vinyl, with knowledgeable staff, a strong local and underground selection, and the gig posters and flyers that make a good record shop a kind of community noticeboard.
