The concept is straightforward: a display of the day's fresh fish and shellfish on ice, you choose what you want and how you want it cooked. The fish is impeccably fresh — tuna, mahi-mahi, parrotfish, and whatever else came in that morning — and the bar makes excellent cocktails. It has hosted a celebrity guest list that fills a board at the entrance.
