One of the few places in Auckland where you can reliably hear live jazz. Deschlers occupies a compact room on High Street with close-set tables, a well-stocked bar, and musicians on most nights from around 9pm. The cocktails are good and the atmosphere is relaxed — come early for a seat, come late if you just want to stand and listen.
