There is no dedicated bar scene at the monastery. In summer, seasonal cafes with terrace seating overlook the lake near the complex, serving cold drinks and Armenian coffee to visitors between the monastery and the beach. If you are arriving on an early marshrutka, bring your own coffee — nothing will be open yet.
