Tyrolean cooking dominates the Arlberg — kasspatzle (cheese-and-egg noodles), tafelspitz (boiled beef), wienerschnitzel, and the inevitable kaiserschmarrn for dessert. Lech and Zürs have some of the best restaurants in the Alps, several of them Michelin-starred and attached to the big hotels; St. Anton is cheaper and more casual.
