One of the great motor racing circuits in the world, Eau Rouge alone worth the journey for any motorsport fan. The track cuts through the Ardennes forest about 7 kilometres from Spa town, and on race weekends — particularly the Belgian Grand Prix in late August — the entire region fills with fans. Outside race season, the circuit offers driving experiences, guided tours of the paddock, and a small museum. The setting, among pine-forested hills, makes it more dramatic than almost any other track in the calendar.

Legendary Formula 1 circuit through the Ardennes forest
A story
The Eau Rouge corner — a steep uphill left-right combination taken flat-out by modern Formula 1 cars — has been voted the best corner in motorsport more times than any other. When asked why he found it so exciting, one driver said simply: "At 300 km/h, you don't know if you're going to die or not."
