The Art Café occupies a low building above the rocks on the seaward side of the Old Town and is the place for coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The terrace catches the southwest light and looks straight out to St. Ivan Island. The food menu is short and serviceable; the point is the view.
Drinks are not cheap by Bulgarian standards but reasonable for the setting. Arrive an hour before sunset to get a terrace table in summer.
