By car is the most practical option. Kraljevica sits on the D8 coastal road about 25 km southeast of Rijeka. From the A7 motorway, take the Oštrovica exit and follow signs down to the coast. The Krk Bridge is just 6 km south on the D102, so Kraljevica is also a natural stop when travelling to or from Krk island.
By bus, Kraljevica is served by regional buses on the Rijeka–Crikvenica–Novi Vinodolski route. The journey from Rijeka takes around 30–40 minutes depending on stops. The bus stop is in the town centre near the harbour. Schedules are run by Autotrolej (Rijeka's public transport operator); check current timetables as frequency drops off season.
Krk Airport (KRK / Rijeka Airport), on the island of Krk, is the closest airport — about 25 km by road via the Krk Bridge. It handles seasonal charter and low-cost flights, primarily in summer. Rijeka itself has no commercial airport.
