Elbe Waterfall

Elbe Waterfall drops about 35 metres from the young Elbe, still more a mountain stream here than the great river it becomes downstream. It is most impressive in spring or after rain, when there is enough water to give the fall some force.

The waterfall is best treated as part of a Krkonoše walk rather than a stand-alone stop. Pair it with nearby ridges and viewpoints above Špindlerův Mlýn.
