Kaberneeme is a small village with minimal dining infrastructure. There is one café near the harbour that serves food in summer, and that is essentially it. Most visitors come prepared, bringing supplies from Tallinn or stopping at the small shop in nearby Loksa on the way in. Self-catering is the realistic approach for anything beyond a coffee and a snack.
