Kaberneeme is 40 km east of Tallinn. By car, take the Tallinn–Narva road (E20) east and turn north at Jõelähtme, following signs through Iru and Jõesuu to the peninsula — the drive takes about 45 minutes.
There is no direct public bus to Kaberneeme. The closest bus stop with regular service from Tallinn is at Jõelähtme, from where the village is a further 10 km by bicycle or taxi. Cycling from Tallinn via the coastal road is a popular option in summer, though the route is partly on the main highway and not always comfortable.
