The Kevo Route is a demanding long-distance hike through the Kevo canyon and strict nature reserve. Depending on the variant, the route is 63 or 78 km, with rough ground, steep sections, river fords, and strict rules about staying on marked trails. For prepared hikers, it is one of the great wilderness walks of far northern Finland.
