Rauma's observation tower doubles as the city's water tower, which gives it a slightly odd, practical charm. The grounds have a manufactured waterfall, but the real reason to come is the view from the observation level.
From the top you can look back across Rauma and toward the old wooden town. There is a cafe on the observation level, so it works as a short, easy break rather than a major sight.
