Cagnes-sur-Mer beach

The beach in the lower town is a pebble strip typical of the Riviera — standard beach facilities, beach clubs, the usual. It is not one of the coast's more interesting beaches, but it is convenient if you want a swim between the cultural sights, and it tends to be less crowded than central Nice.

The beach strip runs between Nice and Antibes, both visible on a clear day. The sea is clean. Come for a swim and a sandwich, not for the beach itself.
