Ansbach Synagogue

Ansbach Synagogue is a rare surviving Baroque synagogue in Germany. Unlike many Jewish sites, it came through the 1938 Kristallnacht attacks almost undamaged, which makes the preserved interior especially important.

Visits are normally by guided tour rather than casual drop-in. It is worth arranging access if you are interested in Jewish heritage or Baroque religious architecture.
