Weikersheim is essentially a one-sight town, and that sight — Schloss Weikersheim — is exceptional. The Hohenlohe princes' Renaissance palace, with its extraordinary Rittersaal, eccentric baroque garden, and gallery of stone dwarves, deserves two to three hours. The market square and the Gothic church are pleasant additions, and if Jeunesses Musicales is in residence you may catch a young orchestra rehearsing in the castle grounds.
