Peters SchokoWelt is a chocolate experience centre spread across 1,200 square metres in a steampunk-themed building at Hansastraße 11, in Lippstadt's industrial area south of the old town. The main attraction is either a 90-minute guided tour of the chocolatiers' workshop or a self-guided SchokoRallye trail — both follow the process from cocoa to finished praline. Hands-on praline-making courses run regularly and can be booked in advance.
The HutmacherCafé on site serves coffee and pastries, and the PralinenShop sells handmade chocolates and roasted coffees from an in-house roastery. It's a straightforward family attraction rather than high culture, but it's popular and well-run, and the quality of the chocolates is genuinely good.
