A long, narrow Weinstube on Firmungstraße with the most interesting Mosel-and-Mittelrhein wine list in Koblenz. The owner pours generously and is happy to talk through the producers; expect to leave knowing rather more about Riesling than you arrived with.
Small plates of cheese, ham and Flammkuchen accompany the wine. Tables are tight; the bar at the front is easier to find a spot at. Open until past midnight on weekends.
