The Palazzo del Tribunale stands in Finalborgo, the walled inland quarter that gives Finale Ligure much of its historic weight. Its arcades, civic architecture, and position among narrow lanes make it part of the townscape rather than an isolated museum-piece monument.
It is best seen while wandering Finalborgo's gates, squares, churches, and climbing shops. The building helps explain why this is more than a beach resort: Finale has a medieval and early-modern civic centre with enough texture to reward a slow walk.
