A corner bar in the heart of the Metanopoli neighbourhood that has been a local institution for as long as anyone can remember. The original fittings — marble counter, mirrored back bar, mosaic floor — have been left largely intact, which gives it an atmosphere of accidental period charm. The espresso is reliably good and the aperitivo spread in the evenings is better than average. A pleasant place to sit with a Campari soda and watch the neighbourhood go about its business.
