Polignano a Mare is on the Adriatic railway south of Bari, with regular regional trains from Bari Centrale and Monopoli. The station is a short walk from the old town.
By car, Polignano is just off the SS16 coastal road. Parking near the centre can be frustrating in summer; use signed car parks outside the historic core and walk in.
