Lucignano is most easily reached by car from the A1 autostrada: exit at Val di Chiana and follow signs for Lucignano (about 10km). The town is roughly halfway between Siena and Arezzo, each about 35km away.
By public transport, the nearest train station is Castiglion Fiorentino (about 10km), served by trains on the Florence–Rome line. Buses run occasionally from Arezzo and Monte San Savino, but services are infrequent and connections require patience.
