A long-running country osteria in the hills above Monsummano, family run, with a wood-fired grill and a short, seasonal menu of Tuscan classics — pappa al pomodoro, ribollita, grilled tagliata, hare ragù in winter. The terrace looks out across the Valdinievole.
Prices are reasonable for the quality (around €30 for three courses with house wine). Closed Mondays; reserve for dinner, particularly on weekends and Sunday lunch.
