The student aperitivo institution, right on the river next to Ponte di Mezzo. From around 18:30 the buffet — usually a generous spread of pasta, focaccia, salads, and small bites — comes free with any cocktail (around €8). Tables spill out onto the Lungarno and the place packs out on Thursday and Friday evenings.
Atmosphere is loud, young, and friendly; not where you go for a quiet drink but excellent for the early-evening Pisan rhythm of buying yourself dinner with a spritz. DJ sets later in the evening on weekends.
