Trevi sits above the main Foligno–Spoleto railway line, but the station (Trevi–Campello) is at the foot of the hill in the valley, not in the town itself. Trains on the Rome–Ancona line stop here; the journey from Spoleto takes about 15 minutes, from Foligno about 10.
From the station it is a steep 30-minute walk up to the medieval centre, or a short taxi ride — call ahead from Foligno, as taxis do not queue at this stop. There is an infrequent bus service up the hill, timed primarily for schoolchildren.
By car from Spoleto, take the SS3 Flaminia north and turn off at Campello. From Perugia, the SS75 runs south through Foligno; Trevi is well-signed. Parking is available at the edge of the old walls.
