Direct buses run from Vilnius to Druskininkai several times a day. The journey takes about two hours and costs only a few euros. The bus station is centrally located, a short walk from most hotels and the spa district.
There is no rail connection. If you are driving from Vilnius, take the A4 motorway south — the road is good and the drive straightforward.
