Jurgis ir Drakonas — Saint George and the Dragon — is a small Lithuanian chain that arrived in Šiauliai in the late 2010s and quickly became the central pizza joint. Wood-fired pizzas, simple salads, and craft Lithuanian beer make up the menu. The dragon-themed décor is cheerful without being kitsch.
It is on Vilniaus pedestrian street and busy in the evenings. Prices are modest by Western European standards but a touch above the local average.
