Macedonian Village

Macedonian Village is a reconstructed traditional village complex in Gorno Nerezi, on the slopes of Vodno above Skopje. It brings together stylised versions of regional Macedonian building forms, with stone, timber, and tiled roofs arranged around small lanes.

The complex is more staged than historic, but the hillside setting gives it a strong view over Skopje. It works best as a short stop combined with the nearby churches and viewpoints on Vodno.
