Arnhem's synagogue dates from 1852-1853 and mixes neoclassical and neo-Gothic details in a compact city-centre building. It still serves the local Jewish community, so most visitors will see it from the outside, but it adds an important layer to Arnhem's older streets around Korenmarkt.
