Restaurant De Koperen Kees

De Koperen Kees occupies an old warehouse on the Schulpen with a terrace that runs along the harbour. The kitchen does updated Dutch — local fish, including smoked eel and pan-fried zander, alongside good steaks and a daily three-course menu (around €40).

The view is the main reason to come — a working harbour, boats coming and going through the lock — but the food backs it up. Book ahead for a waterside table on summer evenings.
