Waanders in de Broeren is a bookshop inside the former Broerenkerk, and it is one of the best examples in Zwolle of old architecture being reused without losing its character. Bookshelves, cafe tables, and church space share the same volume.
Even if you are not buying books, step inside for the view down the nave. It is a good stop between the Grote Markt and the canal lanes on the north side of the centre.
