Brekkestø is a small harbour settlement near Blindleia, all white houses, narrow lanes, and boats tucked into sheltered water. It is the sort of place that explains why Norwegians are sentimental about Sørlandet summers.
There is not a long list of sights, and there does not need to be. Come for a stroll, a swim if the weather helps, and the feeling of a coastal village arranged around boats and light.
