Obor Market is Ploiești's sprawling open-air market on the edge of the city, with roots in the old livestock and produce trade. Today it is more of a rummage-through-everything market, with antiques, household goods, tools, cheap clothes, and plenty of odd corners.
It is not polished, and that is the point. Go if you enjoy local markets where the browsing is half practical, half theatre.
