The Helipad is an observation platform on the high bank of the Volga, north of central Samara. On clear days it gives a wide view over the river, the Samara Bend, and the city's long shoreline.
It is a simple viewpoint rather than a full attraction, but the scale of the Volga makes it worth the trip if you have transport and good weather.
