Danube Park

Dunavski Park is the green heart of central Novi Sad — a 19th-century landscaped park between the old town and the river, with a small lake, a tea house, a swan or two, and the city's busiest jogging loop in the early evening. The plane trees are old enough to give serious shade in summer.

The park is bordered by some of the city's grander institutions — the Vojvodina Assembly, the Banovina building, and the museums on Dunavska. A short walk through the park leads naturally to the Žeželj Bridge and the river promenade.
