Manilva is 100 km southwest of Málaga along the AP-7 coastal motorway, and 20 km northeast of Algeciras. Málaga Airport (AGP) is the main international gateway; the drive takes about 75 minutes by car. There is no train service. Buses run along the coast from Málaga bus station to Algeciras; alight at Sabinillas or Manilva. The service is operated by Alsa and takes about 90 minutes from Málaga. Driving is the most practical option if you plan to visit the Roman baths or the hilltop village, as neither is served by local bus.
