A small, well-regarded restaurant in the upper town, on the climb up from the river. Modern takes on inland Aragonese cooking — duck with cabrales, slow-cooked lamb, a good carrillada de ternera — and a thoughtful short wine list.
Quieter and more focused than the larger places on the Plaza Mayor. Reservation recommended in summer; mid-range prices (around €35–45 a head with wine).
