Huesca has a solid local restaurant scene built around Aragonese cooking: slow-roasted lamb, migas (breadcrumbs fried with garlic and lardons), grilled vegetables, and the exceptional cured meats and cheeses from the surrounding mountains. The old town has several tapas bars worth a circuit, particularly around the Plaza Mayor.
