Aqualava is Playa Blanca's main water-park option, built around heated pools, slides, and a volcanic Lanzarote theme. It is not the reason to come to the island, but it can rescue a family day when beaches are windy or younger travellers need something more structured than another coastal walk.
The park is attached to a resort complex but open to outside visitors. Check current ticket rules and opening times before going, especially outside peak holiday periods, and expect a polished leisure centre rather than a wild natural swimming spot.
