Santa Maria's Church is the main Gothic church in old Blanes, built between 1350 and 1410. Much of the building was destroyed by fire in 1936, including important interior fittings, but the church was rebuilt after the Spanish Civil War and remains one of the town's key historic landmarks.
It is worth seeing while walking between the old centre, the Gothic Fountain, and the hill path toward Sant Joan Castle.
